2. What data we collect

  • Email address – provided when you register an account.
  • Full name and company – optional, provided during registration.
  • Calculator data – the calculator definitions and formulas you build.
  • Usage data – calculation events (inputs/outputs) logged anonymously for your statistics dashboard.
  • Lead data – email, name, and phone voluntarily submitted by your calculator's end users via the lead capture form.
  • Technical data – IP address, browser type, and referrer URL, collected by server logs and (with consent) analytics tools.

3. Legal basis and purpose

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide the Kalkulatorly service.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – to improve the service and prevent abuse.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – for optional analytics and advertising cookies, where applicable.

4. How long we keep your data

  • Account data – for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion.
  • Calculator data – deleted immediately when you delete a calculator or your account.
  • Lead data – until you delete it from your dashboard.
  • Server logs – 30 days.

5. Third-party processors

  • Neon (neon.tech) – database hosting, EU region. Privacy policy
  • Render (render.com) – application hosting. Privacy policy
  • Cloudflare R2 – file storage. Privacy policy
  • Resend – transactional email delivery. Privacy policy
  • Google Analytics / AdSense – only loaded with your explicit consent (see Cookie Policy).

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email magdazembik@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
